MY STORY
Hi, I’m Megan, the heart behind Butterfly Daisy Boutique.
I was born with spina bifida, scoliosis, and hydrocephalus. I am paralyzed from the waist down and have used a wheelchair since I was six months old. Since the day I was born, I’ve undergone 39 surgeries, including 6 brain surgeries. Doctors didn’t expect me to live past my first birthday, but by God’s grace, I’ll be turning 24 this August.
My life has been filled with challenges, but it has also been filled with strength, hope, and purpose.
Butterflies have always held a special meaning to me. They are often seen as signs from angels—a symbol of love, guidance, and transformation. Daisies also carry a deep meaning, representing spina bifida, strength, and hope.
Together, they tell my story.
Butterfly Daisy Boutique is more than just a name. It’s a reminder that even through life’s greatest challenges, beauty can emerge, hope can grow, and miracles are possible.
